About My Clients
I believe that every person holds the key to overcoming their challenges, and my goal is to help you access and trust that strength. In a compassionate and supportive space, we will work together to transform suffering into personal growth and resilience.
My Background and Approach
Through individual counseling, I hope to offer a safe space to explore hurts, challenges, and transitions while honoring each person’s unique experience, self-determination, and growth. I would describe my therapeutic style as relaxed, reflective, and I often encourage individuals to explore their “why’s” and personal values to promote self-discovery and living a life with meaning. My approach is dynamic and not limited to one modality, though I am keen on approaching therapy from a humanistic lens and enjoy working with themes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I received a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and am a Washington State Approved Supervisor.
