About My Clients
I provide therapy to diverse populations, including adults and college students. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults, and I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating LGBTQ+ issues. My goal is to help you feel empowered to overcome life’s obstacles and achieve a healthier, more balanced life. If you’re looking for a therapist for anxiety or depression, I would be honored to support you on your path to mental wellness.
My Background and Approach
With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Marywood University in Scranton, PA, I’ve been privileged to gain experience in both college counseling centers and community mental health settings. I completed my APA-accredited internship at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where I provided therapy to diverse populations, including adults and college students. In my practice, I use a compassionate, integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Interpersonal Therapy. I work closely with my clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship, believing deeply in the healing power of empathy and collaboration. Together, we set meaningful therapeutic goals tailored to your unique needs, fostering an environment where you feel understood and supported throughout your journey.
