I became a therapist because I know how isolating anxiety, body image struggles, and motherhood challenges can feel. My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth—no judgment, just real conversations. I use CBT, person-centered, and HAES-informed care to help you break unhelpful patterns and build a healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
