Associate Clinical Social Worker,The world is a bit nuts. And sometimes, it's not you; it's them. If it is you, perhaps it’s not the world but how you relate to it. Or maybe it’s a trauma that needs healing. Either way, that can be painful, as it leads to self-doubt, distraction, sadness, worry, stress, insomnia, feelings of loss, shame, and that you’re adrift. I've felt these feelings before and it's awful; you deserve contentment now. I have lots of tools to help with this, but mostly, I simply listen with compassion.
