I work with a variety of issues including: anxiety and panic attacks, depression, gender identity, sexuality, grief, young adult transition issues, cancer survivors, divorce, and maternal mental health. Although I have significant experience working with children, teens, adults, and geriatrics, my practice is primarily focused on working with adults. I am a LGBQIA and Trans Affirming Therapist.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

Have you noticed that you started to worry more, lose motivation, or struggle feeling good enough? I help those seeking to better understand the confusing world of mental health, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and ADHD. Here, you can develop new perspectives and coping skills to find your voice again and take back control of your life. Knowledge is power, and therapy is the method of learning more about yourself, so let's reclaim that power together.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA community, teens & young adults, and creative people looking to find deep inner healing. My areas of focus include: sexuality and gender, identity exploration, relationship issues, self-esteem & body image, life transitions, and alternative relationships. I also have background in exploring trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and exploring career goals or college transition.
You may be feeling restlessness, depressed or anxious; wishing for something—yet not knowing what that “something” is or how to get it. You might be exhausted and wondering what life is truly about. Counseling and coaching will target and prioritize the individual factors keeping you stuck. I look forward to working together to help you recognize your strengths and resources to cope and resolve everyday problems and adversity.
