Depression is a mental health disorder that affects mood, including how you feel, think, and behave. I enjoy working with teen and adult clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, eating disorders, parenting challenges, conflict resolution, boundaries and self-esteem issues. I believe with non-judgmental emphatic listening and the trust within therapeutic relationship, people have the inherent motivation to improve themselves and change their unhealthy behaviors, thoughts.
