My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the potential to change and grow, regardless of their past experiences or current struggles. Our mental health issues are often rooted in learned behaviors, which means that with the right support, we can unlearn these behaviors and replace them with healthier ones. As someone who grew up with undiagnosed ADHD, autistic traits, and general anxiety, I understand firsthand the challenges these conditions can present. Through my own therapy, I learned to manage my anxiety and harness the strengths that come with neurodiversity. I am deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness and advocacy. I support various community initiatives and regularly participate in events that aim to improve mental health services and support systems. I am an advocate for inclusive practices and believe in the importance of creating a safe and welcoming space for all clients, regardless of their background or identity. I actively support the LGBTQ+ community.
