Are you seeking relief from life's worries and frustrations? I will give you tools you can use privately. I see clients with depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, work and family issues, or daily life stressors. I use telehealth as a convenient tool for clients and have an office in Troy near I-75.
My Background and Approach
My name is Drita Fron and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over twenty years of experience. I work from a Psychodynamic perspective and use brain-based modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR in consultation to help clients address common problems such as anxiety, relationship issues, depression, phobias and PTSD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe it's very important to be open-minded and non-judgmental when someone shares their personal story or experiences with me. Our relationship with our self and others has worth and is useful to explore in therapy. I enjoy my work and appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
