About My Clients
If you're always racing around, chasing perfection, and juggling sky-high expectations, slowing down probably feels like a fantasy. The constant anxiety and pressure can be exhausting. And sure, stepping off the treadmill can seem scary, but slowing down doesn't mean you're falling behind. I’m here to help you find some calm in the chaos and guide you toward navigating life with more ease, balance, and maybe even a little breathing room.
My Background and Approach
Life’s pressures have a way of making you feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending stress loop—but here’s the thing: you’ve got way more capacity for change than you think, even when everything feels overwhelming. I’m here to help you make sense of all those external stressors and show you that you can take control of your well-being, without adding more to your already full plate. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll come up with a plan that fits you. Whether we’re using mindfulness, somatic techniques, CBT, or ACT, we’ll find what works best for your needs. My goal? Help you manage anxiety, take advantage of your perfectionist superpowers (without feeling like you have to change who you are), and calm that overthinking brain. You’ll have a safe space to vent, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll find that sweet spot between ambition and self-compassion, so you can let go of the overwhelm and move forward with confidence—just as you are. No "perfect version" necessary.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growth and change are hard—there’s no way around it. The messages we internalize from the world around us can fuel anxiety and keep us feeling stuck. And while anxiety is a normal part of being human, it doesn’t have to run the show. Healing starts when we slow down, get curious, and make space for what’s really going on beneath the surface. Therapy is about more than just unpacking struggles—it’s about rewriting the narrative with self-compassion and clarity. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and confident in yourself. And while the work can be deep, that doesn’t mean it has to be heavy all the time. I believe in bringing warmth, humor, and connection into the process. If you’re ready to explore a different way of moving through the world, I’m here to help.
