About My Clients
I work with adults navigating life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and substance use recovery. I also work with teens in a limited capacity, helping them manage the pressures of growing up and build resilience. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful change.
How I Can Help You
Therapy doesn't have to feel formal or intimidating. My style is warm, empathetic, and real—I show up as my authentic self so you can feel comfortable doing the same. My approach is grounded in authenticity, ensuring each client feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey. Together, we'll use tools like CBT, EMDR, Animal-Assisted Therapy and Dual Diagnosis Treatment. I also bring experience from UCLA's Dual Diagnosis Program, where I help clients address both mental health and substance use challenges. My goal is to give you the tools and support you need to move forward with confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My own struggles, traumas, and adversities have shaped who I am and fueled my deep passion for helping others on their healing journeys. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be truly seen, heard, and supported, and I am committed to providing that for my clients. I’m not just a therapist; I’m also someone who has faced life’s challenges head-on, which allows me to approach therapy with empathy, understanding, and authenticity. I am a huge animal lover and believe deeply in the healing power of animals, which is why I integrate Animal Assisted Therapy into my practice. Animals have played a significant role in my own healing, and I’ve seen firsthand how they can bring comfort, joy, and a sense of calm to those who need it most. I am also passionate about rescuing animals and giving them a second chance at life, much like I aim to do with my clients in their therapeutic journeys.
