With over 10 years of experience in addiction and trauma counseling, I am passionate about supporting you on your journey to feeling secure in yourself and your recovery. I use a variety of techniques and we will work together to figure out what works best for you. My superpower is giving you a safe space to process difficult emotions, continue to heal and become more comfortable with who you are. I offer flexible hours and free consultations. Therapy can be difficult which can be scary. I want you to know that I believe in every person that has ever entered my therapy space. People often say they don't like change, but the truth is our lives are ever-changing and embracing the thought of that can make a huge impact. I will be with you every step of the way on the journey. I'm passionate about addiction and trauma as I have experienced this personally. I want you to know you are not alone!
