About My Clients
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, identity exploration, & self-criticism. Many of my clients have felt like the “Black Sheep”—those who’ve struggled with belonging or felt misunderstood. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in understanding how societal forces impact well-being. I provide a safe, open, and sometimes challenging yet playful space to support growth and emotional freedom.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#134190) with Master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and History Education. My approach is psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based, helping clients deepen self-awareness and shift long-standing patterns. I value the here-and-now, integrating mindfulness and body awareness into the work. My background in education, non-profits, and corporate settings informs my understanding of modern life’s complexities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that when given a safe, protected, and non-judgemental space, every person has exactly what they need to feel whole, content, and connected. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” but about uncovering what’s already within you. I approach my work with deep respect, curiosity, and radical acceptance, helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom. Healing happens in relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported in your growth.
