About My Clients

I work with creative, sensitive, and intuitive young adults in California who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their inner voice. I offer a supportive space to explore, heal, and reconnect with your authentic self while navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-doubt, and creative blocks. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with creative and intuitive practices such as expressive arts therapy, creativity coaching, tarot, and dreamwork.

My Background and Approach

My approach integrates holistic, depth-oriented therapy with creative and intuitive practices to support meaningful healing and transformation. I have a background in both traditional psychotherapy and expressive arts and creativity coaching, allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs—whether through talk therapy, creative expression, or mindfulness techniques. My goal is to help you develop greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and flow so you can navigate challenges with more ease. I’ve worked extensively with young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and perfectionism. Together, we will explore patterns that may be holding you back and cultivate tools for self-expression, insight, and change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of creativity and exploration of the unconscious as pathways to healing. My work is rooted in values of inclusivity, self-compassion, and deep transformation. I also believe that creative expression can be a powerful act of rebellion. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, with a special commitment to supporting sensitive, creative, and intuitive individuals who may feel out of place in traditional spaces. I’m passionate about mental health, supporting marginalized people, and deconstructing harmful cultural narratives around productivity and success. Outside of therapy, I love singing/songwriting, pottery, cooking, studying astrology and reading tarot with friends. I know firsthand how hard it can be to navigate self-doubt and creative blocks, and I believe that healing is a nonlinear process—but one that is always possible. If you’re looking for a therapist who honors the depth and magic of being human, I’d love to connect.
