I specialize in Existential Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping people explore their inner world, relationships, and sense of purpose. My approach is holistic, meaning we’ll look at the connection between your mind, body, and emotions to support your growth. Together, we’ll explore themes like personal agency, connection, and meaning—and how they show up in your life. Along the way, I may also integrate Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as I tailor my approach to your strengths and needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every human has the right to express themselves fully and authentically. I believe that we have the innate capacity to heal our emotional wounds, and that sometimes we need support to create the right conditions for this healing. I believe connection to the earth, nature, and plant medicines puts us in touch with something deep within ourselves that can help align us towards our highest purpose. I believe that you (YOU!) are worthy of growth, joy, and a meaningful existence.
