About My Clients

My clients are individuals and families navigating life’s transitions, including grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and perinatal mental health. They seek a supportive, affirming space where they feel seen, understood, and empowered. Many are experiencing loss, identity shifts, or relationship challenges. They want to break patterns, build resilience, and find meaning. Together, we work toward healing, self-compassion, and growth in a way that honors their unique experiences.

My Background and Approach

I became a therapist and consultant after my first daughter was stillborn, struggling to find care that truly made sense to me. That experience shaped my commitment to ensuring no one feels alone, helpless, or misunderstood in their struggles. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), Certified Pregnancy Loss and Trauma Counselor (CPLC), and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), I specialize in perinatal mental health, grief, neurodivergence, trauma, and relationships. My approach is deeply relational, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside trauma and grief modalities. I focus on identifying patterns, helping clients build self-compassion, and creating meaningful change. I provide an affirming space where clients can explore their identities, process loss, and navigate life’s transitions. Healing happens in connection, and I strive to ensure my clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in connection. No one should have to navigate grief, trauma, or major life transitions alone. Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I trust that people are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to help them uncover their strengths, break unhelpful patterns, and move toward self-compassion and growth. I believe in the power of honesty, validation, and curiosity in therapy. There is no “right” way to grieve, heal, or exist in the world—only what feels authentic and meaningful for each person. I honor the complexities of identity, relationships, and neurodivergence, recognizing that every experience is unique. My work is grounded in advocacy, equity, and trauma-informed care. Above all, I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be their true selves, to explore their pain, and to find a path forward that aligns with their values and needs.
