My Background and Approach
eith Neilitz is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Board Certified Counselor with 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. He has experience supporting clients in navigating through chronic stress, anxiety, depression, & complex trauma. He utilizes (NARM), the NeuroAffective Relational Model which integrates elements of humanism, somatic approaches, gestalt therapy, and a myriad of other approaches to facilitate to transformation of symptoms and an increasing capacity for peace, ease, joy, fulfillment, & self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a warm, compassionate presence who engages in informed, depth-oriented inquiry to fully understand my client's distress. I also seek to bring awareness about how adaptive strategies, once necessary, become incongruent with an individual's sense of 'self.' I have witnessed remarkable transformation using NARM both personally as well as through my training and experience. I am licensed in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and have 7 years of professional work experience.
