I specialize in grief and loss, particularly when that loss is tied to trauma. My work extends to young adults facing the complexities of emerging adulthood and professionals experiencing burnout, offering guidance through life transitions, self-discovery, and the healing process. My Background and Approach
Becoming a social worker was an act of faith in the human spirit—our resilience, our capacity to grow, and our ability to transform even the hardest parts of our lives. In our sessions, we will honor the challenges you face, knowing that they are not the full story of who you are. Trauma, grief, and transition may feel overwhelming, but within those experiences lies an energy that can be transformed. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is not just an individual process but one that extends to the community. I am committed to advocating for mental health access, particularly for survivors of trauma, and to ensuring that voices long silenced are heard. I serve on the board of an organization supporting families affected by rare forms of dementia and continue my advocacy work, believing that supporting others is part of our collective healing. My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered.
