About My Clients
At Resilience Lab, I work with teens and young women navigating transitions, anxiety, or uncertainty. My clients often seek clarity, confidence, or direction as they build their futures. Together, we break big goals into small steps, celebrate progress, and tackle challenges head-on. I provide a space for reflection, self-discovery, and empowerment, helping clients navigate their paths with purpose and resilience.
My Background and Approach
Working with me feels like having someone truly in your corner, listening deeply and reflecting your strengths back to you. I’ll help you uncover patterns, clarify goals, and find practical steps toward the life you want. Together, we’ll celebrate the wins, navigate the hard days, and uncover your unique path forward. Our work will be collaborative and compassionate, creating a space where you can grow, heal, and thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a lifelong athlete, I’ve learned the importance of perseverance, discipline, and teamwork—values that shape my approach to therapy. My Jewish heritage and family ties have instilled in me a deep appreciation for empathy, community, and resilience. I’m passionate about art, music, and traveling, which fuel my creativity and curiosity, and I find joy in the little things, from a good TV show to cheering on Formula 1. I strive to bring this same energy, care, and passion into my work with clients. Family is incredibly important to me, and I’m very close to mine. I’m proud of my Jewish heritage and connect deeply to my faith, which has shaped much of my perspective on empathy, kindness, and community. I’m also passionate about art, music, and traveling, which help me stay curious and open to different experiences and viewpoints. Additionally I like to watch TV and movies. My favorite show is Ted Lasso; and after finishing Drive to Survive I’m obsessed with Formula 1.
