About My Clients
At Resilience Lab, I work best with individuals who are ready to not only explore their inner landscapes but also bring what they’ve learned into their daily lives. I support adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem. With a focus on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, I approach each session with cultural competence, respecting and embracing the identities that shape my clients’ experiences.
My Background and Approach
Working with me is like having a compassionate guide who meets you where you are, gently urging you to reflect on your inner world. I ask questions that allow you to dive deeper into your emotions, thoughts, and patterns, supporting you through challenging moments with both empathy and strength. My approach is rooted in kindness, but I will also challenge you to unearth and confront the beliefs holding you back, all in a safe, trusting space where healing can truly begin.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I acknowledge my privileges as a Jewish, cis-white hetero-passing woman, and recognize the inequities that persist in our world. In my work, I am dedicated to understanding and addressing the systemic barriers faced by marginalized communities. I believe in freedom, equal rights, and the power of Black and queer joy as transformative forces on the journey toward liberation. My practice is rooted in helping others navigate these challenges and empower them to confront difficult emotions, ultimately cultivating resilience and self-reliance for lasting change.
