My Background and Approach
Often, unconscious patterns wired into our brain and body keep us stuck in cycles of stress and disconnection. Together, we will explore these patterns, process past experiences, and create meaningful change. I use evidence-based practices to foster lasting growth, resilience, and balance. For couples, I offer intensive sessions designed to dive deeper and create faster, lasting change. Additionally, I integrate nature-based therapy, a powerful tool to calm the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and foster reconnection—with yourself and those you love.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the power to heal lies within each of us and that growth is a lifelong journey. I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and—like everyone—an imperfect human. Each of these roles shapes how I approach others: with deep compassion and understanding. We never truly know someone’s full story, and sharing our inner world takes immense courage. Outside of my work, I spend most of my time outdoors with my family—hiking, fishing, camping, and, most importantly, playing. We embrace all kinds of weather because we can, and I believe in the power of reconnecting with nature—it’s where we, as humans, are rooted.
