I have experience working with individuals ages 17 to 75 and have worked in a community health agency setting which has given me the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients. I have a particular interest in working with adolescent girls and women in transition (post partum, career transition, divorce, midlife challenges, parenthood and co parenting). I offer outdoor/nature walking therapy sessions in addition to in office and Telehealth.
I experience my clients as brave, hardworking women who are juggling multiple roles in their lives and are wanting to work through past trauma, current anxiety, or stuck relationships and are wanting to grow in self-awareness, confidence, emotional health, and self-care. They are ready to do the hard work and are committed to the process of understanding themselves and their stories with more compassion and awareness.
