About My Clients
I don’t believe in having one “ideal” client—I’m early in my career and value working with people from all backgrounds. My focus is on understanding your unique needs and creating a space that feels right for you. I work well with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and attachment issues, especially those in the 18–40 range, with a focus on ages 25–35. My goal is to adapt to your needs and help you find the support and tools that work best for you.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to truly understand your perspective, your challenges, and how you see yourself. I’m not the stereotype of a therapist who simply listens without engaging—I’m active in our conversations. I’ll ask questions, share my thoughts, and create a space that feels more like a free-flowing dialogue than something rigid. I also believe in gently challenging you, because you’re here to make changes and find what works for you. Together, we’ll uncover insights, explore solutions, and work toward your goals in a way that feels supportive and authentic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I approach therapy with the belief that my personal beliefs don’t play a role in the work we do together. I’m just as comfortable working with someone who may be on the opposite end of the political spectrum as I am with someone who shares similar views to mine. It’s the same with any other personal belief. I believe it's important that a therapist’s personal views remain unknown to the client so that the focus stays on your journey, not mine. If you’re looking for someone who shares your views in every way, I might not be the right fit—but if you're open to a truly open-minded, collaborative approach, I’d love to work with you. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you, no matter where you stand on any issue.
