About My Clients
We work together to identify the source of what brought you into therapy, identify your goals, and explore the best possible solutions that will help you feel better. In addition, I creatively integrate a relational model, neuroscience information, meditation, stretches that help with symptoms of stress, and cognitive behavior techniques. These techniques will allow clients to learn tools and gain insight to make positive life changes.
