About My Clients
Being neurodivergent myself, I work with individuals between 18-50 years of age that are also a part of the neurodivergent community struggling with ADHD, ADD, ASD, and other learning disabilities. I understand the importance of having a safe space to be your authentic self while addressing the concerns with life skills and self-esteem.
My Background and Approach
I work with my clients at their own pace so we ensure we have a comfortable space to address your concerns. I try to keep a relaxed environment so together we can understand you as an individual and achieve your desired goals within therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, neurodivergent, and first generation America, I have many past experiences that have guided my belief in therapy. There is a systemic oppression around neurodivergent communities, and I believe that with the correct guidance and support, folks in these communities can work through that and live their lives as their authentic selves. I am also an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community and continuously challenge transphobia and homophobia. I am an advocate for women’s rights, anti-racism and anti-ableism which are all fundamental to my clinical career and personal beliefs.
