My Background and Approach
My approach and training include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT, and Mindfulness. For over 20 years, I have had the privilege to support individuals experiencing crisis, trauma, anxiety and depression, in diverse settings including, hospital, health clinics, and community settings.
