Vienna is skilled in treating a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, OCD, LGBTQIA+, divorce/blended family, women’s issues, intergenerational trauma, family of origin issues, and issues with self-esteem/self-acceptance.
My Background and Approach
Vienna is highly trained to employ the following therapeutic interventions: somatic experiencing, trauma-informed care, Family Systems Therapy (FST), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Motivational Interviewing. Vienna places great emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client to establish the fundamental trust and rapport needed to create positive change. Vienna enjoys providing individual therapy to adults in a manner that is strengths-based, with unconditional positive regard. Vienna is also passionate about her work providing therapy to children, teens and families, where she utilizes Family Systems techniques to understand and reconcile disconnect within family dynamics. Vienna enjoys teaching and utilizing the DBT skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotional regulation, as well as the CBT skills of identifying and replacing self-defeating beliefs and behaviors.

Vienna assists clients in developing their skills in the realms of vulnerability, self-compassion and self-care. Vienna believes that caring for your mental health is paramount to creating a full, meaningful life. She looks forward to supporting you on your journey to self-discovery, healing and fulfillment.
