Folks tend to seek me out once feelings of fear, overwhelm, and exhaustion hit a breaking point. You may feel tension in your body right now. You may feel worn out, body and soul. Maybe you feel numb. You may be adjusting to life changes and feeling in over your head. Perhaps you've experienced an event you think you should be over by now, but you're not. I know you're here because you need support and a new perspective, and I believe I can help you create and enact a plan to feel better.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

My perfect client wants to do some self-exploration, but maybe at a gentle pace. They sometimes want homework but sometimes just need to vent in session. They may work on a specific topic but other times change the topic based on where things are with them that day. They may have a life that doesn't fit the societal norm. They may often feel like they don't "fit in" and feel more comfortable standing off to the side watching life, but they have this desire to change it. They want more.
