Our sessions will be conveniently and confidentiality conducted through a telehealth platform.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in a pre-dominantly Spanish speaking community. My deep roots in the Latino culture have helped me build relationships with strong women that have taken on many roles in their family. I am a strong believer in empowering an individual with developing skills necessary to transform their lives. I am a strong believer in personal self-growth and self-love. We each face challenges, and as your therapist, let me help you use those challenges to transform you into the best version of yourself.
