Why I Became a Therapist
I believe that everyone deserves to feel like they belong and live a fulfilling life. My own journey, filled with self-doubt, anxiety, and a constant search for purpose. I spent my 20s searching for my place, trying different careers but never feeling fulfilled. This led to anxiety and depression, with every setback feeling like a personal failure. Self-help wasn't enough, but therapy became a life-changer. It helped me understand myself, discover my ADHD, and develop skills to manage it all. Therapy empowered me to find self-compassion, confidence, and my true calling: helping others overcome similar struggles.
