About My Clients
I work with adults, in person and online, struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions, including individuals with independent or co-occurring disordered eating and body image issues. Every client has unique needs. A collaborative and supportive approach is essential to help you identify and leverage your strengths to address your challenges and the broader systems that may negatively impact you.
My Background and Approach
Life consists of chapters. Some chapters present us with challenges, which highlight the patterns and systems in our lives that no longer serve us. While these challenges may feel overwhelming, I invite you to hold space for this time to be an exciting opportunity for growth, healing, and positive change. My professional experience includes training in behavioral health and social work case management. I use a person-centered approach, incorporating strengths-based, solutions-based, and system-focused methods. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT). I create safe, supportive, and confidential therapeutic spaces that ensure you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings without fear or judgment. I hope to learn more about you and we can work together to start your desired next chapter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My mantra "Life consists of chapters" has personal meaning as I myself has had life experiences, rich in both successes, challenges and life transitions. I believe we can always begin new chapters built on personal growth from those experiences to achieve positive change.
