About My Clients
I work with people of all genders to merge the divide between mind and body. I specialize in working with queer and trans adults and teens (13+), as well as individuals in non-monogamous relationships; autistic folks; and survivors of trauma and abuse. In our work together, you will have the space to dig into the identities, stories, and experiences that impact you and how you move through the world as an embodied, emotional person.
My Background and Approach
I work from a somatic, attachment, and relational lens. As a somatic therapist, I believe that healing comes from a body and a mind that are connected, integrating the many parts of who we are so that we can move from space to space as our full selves. Understanding who we are allows us to better connect with others through healthy relationships. If you are feeling fragmented or distanced from yourself and others, if you would like to process and tend to your pain, or if you are not sure exactly what you need but something feels off, know that you don’t have to walk through this alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that humans are relational creatures, and that co-connection is a vital part of healing. I became a therapist because I believe that healing is a collective journey, meaning that we heal through relationships. I live out these beliefs by spending as much time as possible with my community: in the forest, on the water, or cooking with others in the kitchen.
