Sometimes life situations or past experiences create self-doubt and personal insecurities of “not being good enough” and may even have negatively influenced how you manage life stress, relationships, and a barrier to achieving personal or professional goals. I want to work with you to uncover these barriers and rebuild a stronger sense of well-being and enhance motivation.
My Background and Approach
Through the integration of Mindfulness concepts and tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will investigate thought patterns, challenge negative patterns, remove negative judgment, and build a stronger sense of self, self-worth, and relationships. I begin the counseling partnership where you are at the present moment and allow you to take the lead and direction for therapy. Depending on your needs and presenting concerns, I will provide psychoeducation and teach skills in mindfulness and meditation, self-compassion, assertiveness communication, boundary setting, emotional awareness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I bring a warm, non-judgmental, and strength-based approach to address each individual's needs. Whatever changes you’re hoping to make or goals you’re trying to achieve, I’ll provide you with professional guidance every step of the way.

My belief is that the more a person aligns with their values and lifestyle priorities and builds a purpose-driven life, the more they are able to grow personally and professionally, harness a sense of joy, and be open to experiencing all that life has to offer.
