My Background and Approach

My journey to becoming a mental health provider has been one of continuous learning and growth. While I don’t adhere to a specific religion, I value any spiritual practice that brings you comfort and support as an essential tool in your healing journey. Additionally, I volunteer with an organization that raises funds to provide books to children in need, because I firmly believe every child des
