About My Clients
My clients initially start therapy to work on current problems like anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. Over time, therapy transforms to focus on past traumas, recovery management, and personality adaptations. My clients are open to therapies that involve cognitive restructuring, enery work, and motivational strategies. My clients also range in ages from adolescents, to young adults, to adults.
