I have several years of experience coming alongside individuals who are on their gender journey, wherever they may be at the moment. I support those who are beginning their exploration and are questioning, and I also provide an affirming space for people who feel as though their transition is no longer something they need support for. I hold space for anyone anywhere in their process of becoming their authentic self.

I believe the client is the expert on themself, and I am here to support their own process. I can provide resources along the way, but I don't have the "answers"--you have them within yourself already.

I find EMDR to be extremely helpful and transformative for people from all walks of life, whether you have experienced trauma or are "stuck" on an issue that has yet to be resolved by talk therapy or other approaches. I am currently in the process of Certification in EMDR.

I have experience working with systems, which some people call Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). My goal in working with systems is to provide consistent communication and cooperation among your parts (sometitimes called "headmates" or other terms). I do not consider "integration" or dissolving a system (into a singlet) a legitimate, respectful, therapeutic goal.

I frequently work with plurality, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder (OSDD), etc. My goal is to facilitate consistent communication collaboration, and cooperation among your parts (sometimes called "headmates," "alters," other terms). To me, "integration" or fusing a system (into a singlet) is not a necessary therapeutic goal.
