My Background and Approach
I have been helping people just like you for the past 12 years. I have the education and experience to help walk you through the process of feeling better. My goal is to provide you with effective tools to cope with anxiety or whatever it is you are experiencing. We will work together to also determine which therapy model will fit you best to get rid of anxiety and work through past trauma. I will also teach you what happens in your brain when you are anxious so that we can rewire that process, too. I will help you do all of this in weekly, or regular, therapy. You will feel better equip to manage your mood and also start feeling more fulfilled. You will regain self-compassion and strength.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it is never too late to work through experiences and feel better. Everyone deserves the opportunity to improve their quality of life, no matter what age, race or gender.
