What I Specialize In
I work with people who desire a connection and relationship not merely diagnosis and treatment. I specialize in trauma, specifically childhood developmental and relational trauma. Providing care for this adverse experience requires a respectful trusting therapeutic bond created through human connection, emotional regulation, and attunement. This is reparative work in which people learn to re-parent and heal through developmental phases that were limited in the absence of nurturance, love, and unconditional acceptance. As a mental health therapist, I combine abstract thinking and intuitive understanding with years of professional training in developmental and relational trauma. I bring curiosity, intellect, and emotional attunement to every session, weaving together your lived experiences with purposeful education and intervention. I started Sunday Therapy to bring that restorative Sunday energy to the daily lives of my clients. I believe in walking the talk. As a multi-potential individual myself, starting my own practice was a way to offer more personalized care that dives deeper into the unique service offerings I believe are most effective, moving beyond traditional talk therapy into more specialized modalities.
