Utilizing evidence-based methods that have been scientifically validated to enhance functioning, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), we will collaboratively forge a path to resilience and recovery. For instance, we will work on cognitive restructuring to challenge and change unhelpful thought patterns, emotion regulation to better manage and respond to intense feelings, and behavioral activation to increase with meaningful activities.
