I work with individuals experiencing challenges in different aspects of life, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also specialize in psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, learning differences, and other cognitive concerns. My clients seek a supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach to therapy and assessment to better understand themselves and improve their daily functioning.
My Background and Approach
I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. My training includes outpatient private practice, hospitals, and Veterans Affairs hospitals. I specialize in psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as psychological and neuropsychological assessments for ADHD, learning difficulties, and cognitive concerns. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based techniques to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical strategies for personal growth.
