My Background and Approach
I will listen to your story without judgement or agenda. I will be a sounding board for ideas, fears, hopes, and nightmares. I have more than a decade of experience working with adults, the aging population and end of life. I will offer assistance with prioritizing the changes you want to see in your life and empowerment to reach your goals, big or small. I'm also an artist and musician who appreciates all modalities that allow my clients to benefit from expressing their emotions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal for every client is for them to be able to accept themselves as they are, while enacting the changes they wish to see in their life. I believe every person should be allowed the space to explore their emotions without judgement, while finding a way to grow and empower themselves. In the end, the skills they develop will help them complete these processes on their with minimal guidance.
