About My Clients

Do you feel your heart race when a partner takes too long to respond? Find yourself walking on eggshells or shutting down during conflict? I work with deep-feeling individuals healing from childhood trauma and attachment wounds. While you've tried therapy and self-help books, these patterns persist because your wounds live in your nervous system. My somatic approach transforms these body-stored patterns, helping you finally experience the secure, authentic connection you deserve.

My Background and Approach

I combine the science of nervous system regulation with the art of attachment healing to create lasting transformation. Unlike traditional approaches that focus solely on thought patterns or communication strategies, my method addresses the physiological responses that keep you stuck in painful cycles. In our work together, I'll guide you through body-based practices to identify your unique stress responses—like the freeze that happens when you need to express needs, or the fight response that emerges during conflict. You'll develop a personal toolkit of somatic techniques to regulate these responses in real-time. As a specialist in developmental trauma and attachment patterning, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Somatic Experiencing and Parts Work. These methods allow us to access and heal the core wounds that talk therapy alone often can't reach. Your healing journey isn't about fixing—it's about reclaiming your birthright to feel safe, seen, and connected.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe our bodies carry wisdom that far exceeds our intellectual understanding. Having navigated my own healing journey from insecure attachment to embodied security, I know firsthand that transformation happens when we honor our body's intelligence. My approach is rooted in the understanding that we are meant to thrive in connection, not just survive in relationships. The path to secure attachment isn't about perfection, it's about presence, authenticity, and compassionate awareness. I'm committed to ongoing education in trauma informed, culturally responsive care. I actively support and advocate for marginalized communities and believe in creating spaces where all identities and relationship structures are affirmed. When I'm not in session, you'll find me practicing these same tools in my own marriage, using somatic regulation during conflicts and embracing the vulnerability that creates deeper connection.
