About My Clients
So many of us feel drained, constantly battling the thought that we're not enough. We wonder where our playful and self-accepting side went. I understand this. No matter where you are in your journey—whether struggling with anxiety, compassion fatigue, or pain—I’m here to support you in accepting your experiences and moving toward a life of meaning and self-compassion. I work best with clients who are open to curiosity and willing to explore new ways to create meaningful change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I believe that the choices shaping our evolving life stories are influenced by a variety of factors, and that each person faces unique, individual challenges in understanding both who they are in the present and who they are yet to become. Recognizing how deeply healing an empathetic presence can be—one that truly sees and hears another—my approach emphasizes the importance of grounding to the present moment with curiosity, acceptance, and compassion. This client-centered, collaborative approach helps clients explore their experiences while encouraging active personal work. Through this process, clients are supported in aligning with their core life values, fostering both self-discovery and meaningful growth. Whether you are navigating trauma, pain, anxiety, life transitions, exploring compassion fatigue and burnout, I’m mindful to walk alongside you, offering encouragement and guidance as we explore new perspectives and possibilities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through my own work of returning again and again to the present, I observe that life is full of ups and downs, and I strive every day to accept all of it, even the painful or challenging parts. By staying present and open to what comes, I create space to live in alignment with my values—especially courage, curiosity, and compassion—ensuring that I engage with life in a way that truly matters. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and grow at any point in their lives, and there is no limit to human potential. I see mental health challenges as the result of learned behaviors that no longer serve us. These patterns may arise over time, yet the good news is that we can discover new ways to relate to them and create new pathways. Through mindful awareness and a commitment to living in alignment with our values, we can unhook from unhelpful behaviors with healthier, more adaptive ones, fostering both growth and healing as we move toward more of what matters most to each of us.
