My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to process personal challenges and traumas. My work is rooted in a trauma based, attachment theory lens, but I weave together several therapeutic styles tailored to you, including mindfulness and humor. Therapy will not always be easy, but sharing a laugh never hurt anyone!
