About My Clients
Most of my clients could be described as gen z, and millennial women who have eating disorders, trauma, perfectionism, and relationship issues. I help my clients recognize the their own strengths so that they can be empowered to grow and heal.
My Background and Approach
I work from a trauma-informed and attachment based perspective. I believe that healing happens in the therapeutic relationship and I highly value each client relationship and use our work together to help clients establish healthier relationship patterns, thinking patterns, and self-love.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the unhealthy patterns that people face are actually people’s creative solutions to life’s difficulties & unmet needs as opposed to personal or moral failures. It is my mission to help my clients understand and embrace that very creativity & resourcefulness to help them channel that same effort into more helpful solutions. Clients find that this nonjudgmental perspective not only helps make opening up to me natural and easy, but also helps set a safe place to explore issues that are uncomfortable or painful.
