About My Clients
I work with adults across the lifespan, including adolescents transitioning into adulthood; this includes individual, family, couple, and relationship work. I often meet people at transitional moments when anxiety, depression, relational conflict, or symptoms of trauma surface. Our work is to learn how you arrived at this moment and in what ways we move forward together. I have worked extensively with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in a deep curiosity about the stories we carry and tell—the ones that shape us, the ones that limit us, and the ones that hold the potential for transformation. As an integrative therapist, I draw from narrative therapy, relational psychoanalytic theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a collaborative space where exploration and healing can unfold. I am IFS-trained and particularly attuned to the ways our inner "parts" interact with the systems around us—whether relational, cultural, or societal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply interested in how knowledge and systems shape our self-understanding. I work from a feminist and anti-oppression framework and explore how systems such as capitalism, white supremacy, and heteropatriarchy shape and define identity and mental illness.
