About My Clients
I help women navigating high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, chronic illness, sexual dysfunction, and burnout. Many are fellow helpers, educators, or caregivers who look “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck inside. In this space, we focus on boundaries, self-worth, emotional wellness, and reclaiming joy—so you can live with more ease, confidence, and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
As a Certified Sexologist, CSTIP (Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional), and practitioner trained in the IBRIDO Method, I offer a trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed approach that blends mindfulness, body-based work, and sex-positive care. I’ve completed specialized training in Integrative Mental Health and Mindfulness, with a focus on the mind-body connection—nutrition, sleep, movement, and Dr. Leslie Korn’s Brainbow Blueprint. My work is grounded in realness and lived experience with anxiety, chronic illness, divorce, and perfectionism. Clients often say, “I knew you would understand,” especially fellow helpers, chronic illness warriors, stepmoms, and midlifers. This is a safe, affirming space where therapy meets deep understanding and real, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in dignity, autonomy, and justice for all people. As a neurodivergent clinician, I’m deeply committed to advocacy for sexual wellness, medical trauma recovery, and chronic invisible illnesses like Lichen Sclerosus and Fibromyalgia. I’ve been professionally involved in LGBTQ+ spaces for over 20 years, including as a former youth empowerment group volunteer, and continue to support organizations focused on harm reduction, housing justice, anti-bullying, and suicide prevention. I stand behind the NASW Code of Ethics and believe therapy should be a space where all identities are affirmed, all bodies are honored, and all stories are safe to be told. My work is rooted in compassion, community, and creating a more liberated world—one person, one conversation at a time.
