Through self-exploration and identifying personal needs, I support individuals in cultivating fulfilling relationships by addressing their desires and requirements within them. My approach involves tailoring strategies from a personalized toolkit to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering growth and self-discovery without imposing direct interventions.

I am experienced in supporting high-risk clients who may be dealing with suicidal thoughts or have a history of suicide attempts. My therapeutic approach is rooted in strengths, aiming to uncover the underlying causes of depression. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to facilitate this process. By meeting clients at their current emotional state, I collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan.

I have extensive experience assisting clients with anxiety. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and somatic therapy. This comprehensive method addresses both the cognitive aspects of anxiety and the mind-body connection, fostering healing and resilience tailored to each client's unique needs.

Grief and loss is complicated. Sometimes those around us don’t understand or don’t know how to treat us or talk to us after we’ve experienced a loss. Losing a loved one or something major in our lives is something that we’re expected to “get over”. I help people find their grief and what they need during these hard times without the expectation of “getting over it”. I primarily use Complicated Grief Therapy but I also just listen, talk to you about the loss and hold space as needed.
