I understand how difficult it is to join therapy and to face the things that have been difficult for you and that are holding you back in your life. I will meet you where you are at and take the time needed to process your unique challenges and struggles. Having sessions online can give you the ability to access services from the comfort of home, work, or space where you have privacy. I look forward to teaching you tools to feel healthier, happier, and more present in your life.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health field for over 14 years, working with adults and families who have been struggling with depression, anxiety, and trying to navigate life challenges. I tend to use more CBT, ACT, and Solution Focused techniques but when needed I will use other strategies and therapeutic modalities that are client-centered to ensure it is individualized to every client. Every client is unique and the experiences we have been through shape us now as adults and how we interact with the world around us. The more we understand our experiences and how it has impacted us; it will allow opportunities to be more present in our life.
