My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My philosophy is treat others with dignity and respect. Despite the stigma that still exists in our society today, I think we forget that we are all human. I was raised from humble beginnings and we didn't have much but each other in the neighborhood. I tend to focus more on how the person is perceiving their own worldview and how that developed. We are not our thoughts. We can learn how to improve our self-talk and be more inline with our authentic self. Our past doesn't how to dictate where we are going in future. We have the power to stop the cycles of intergenerational trauma.
