About My Clients
Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others due to past trauma? Do you feel lost, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying an emotional weight that you can’t shake? Have you learned to push your needs aside, ignoring the pain that lingers deep within? Trauma can leave us questioning if life could feel better, if we could ever truly heal or find peace. Now more than ever, humans are grappling with the emotional aftermath of their experiences. Healing starts here.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in both MD and FL. I am EMDR certified and use a trauma and attachment lens to meet your needs. I have over 5 years experience working in trauma and worked with as young as 3 years old to as old as 65 years old. I work in attachment and how our wounds in childhood relate to how we connect with ourselves, others, and the world around us today. I work with individuals, families, and couples in healing those connections.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe that one of the most profound human needs is to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy centers on creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self—free of judgment and full of possibility. I understand that life can make you feel invisible at times, whether through pain, past experiences, or overwhelming expectations. My role is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve to be acknowledged and valued. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover patterns, and work toward healing and self-acceptance. Through empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based techniques, I’ll support you in rediscovering your inner strength and capacity for growth. Because you deserve to be seen—not just for where you’ve been, but for who you are and who you’re becoming.
